PLURMate is small on purpose. Everyone here was vouched for by someone already here, and every code has a name on it. That is the only reason a room like this can stay decent at scale, and it only works if the rules below are actually kept.
Every code you hand out has your name on it, permanently. If the people you invite get removed, we look at your account too. Do not sell codes, trade them, post them publicly, or hand them out in bulk. An invite is a vouch, not a currency.
A match is permission to say hello. It is not permission for anything else.
No abuse, insults, or pile-ons. No sexual harassment. No stalking, in the app or out of it.
No hate speech, slurs, or content that attacks or dehumanises people over race, ethnicity, national origin, immigration status, religion, caste, disability, serious illness, sex, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, body size or age.
No threats of violence, no glorifying violence or violent extremism, and no wishing harm on anyone.
No nudity, exposed genitals, or sexually explicit content in profile photos. This is a public part of the app and it is not opt-in for the people who see it.
Never send an unsolicited explicit image. Never share, save, or threaten to share an intimate image of someone else; non-consensual imagery gets an immediate permanent ban and, where the law requires it, a report to the authorities. No links to cam sites, subscription content, or adult platforms. No sex work solicitation or advertising.
PLURMate is 18+. If you believe someone here is under 18, report them. It is the one report we treat as urgent above every other. Any sexualised content involving a minor is reported to law enforcement and to the relevant child-safety authority, without exception and without warning.
Nobody on this app should be asking you for money. Not for a flight, not for a ticket, not for an emergency, not for an investment, not for crypto, not for a gift card. There is no version of that story that is true.
This is a rave app and we are not going to pretend otherwise: talk about what you took, look after your friends, and share harm reduction information freely.
What you may not do is use PLURMate as a marketplace. No selling, no sourcing, no advertising, no "who's holding". Dealing on this app is a permanent ban, and it puts everyone else here at risk.
Content that encourages self-harm, suicide, or disordered eating is not allowed. If someone tells you they are in danger, take it seriously: stay with them if you can, and point them at local emergency services or a crisis line. You are not their therapist and you are not expected to be.
Festivals are intense environments. Nobody here is a medic. If someone is in trouble, find harm reduction or medical staff on site.
Meeting someone from the app for the first time: meet in public, tell a friend where you are and who with, keep your own way home, and leave the moment it feels wrong. We do not run background checks and we do not verify identity. An invite is a vouch, not a guarantee.
Reporting someone blocks them instantly and sends it to us. You never have to interact with them again to do it, and they are not told that you reported them. Tell us what happened in your own words; the more specific it is, the faster we can act.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Then report it to us at support@plurtix.com so we can act on the account.
Depending on what happened, we may remove the content, limit an account's reach, suspend it, or remove it permanently. We look at the invite chain around any account we remove, in both directions.
Some things skip every intermediate step and end an account on the first instance: anything involving a minor, credible threats of violence, non-consensual intimate imagery, dealing, scamming members for money, and selling invite codes.
A ban applies to the person, not the email address. Coming back on a new address is a fresh violation.
Email support@plurtix.com from the number on the account and a person will look at it again.
