These standards apply to the PLURMate app, operated by PlurTix LLC.
Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation
PLURMate and PlurTix LLC strictly prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any
kind. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and any content or behaviour that
sexually exploits, abuses or endangers children. It is prohibited in profiles, photos,
messages, crew chats, and anywhere else in the app.
Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, or linking to child sexual abuse material,
including drawn, animated, edited, or AI-generated imagery.
Grooming: befriending or building trust with a minor for the purpose of sexual contact or
exploitation, online or offline.
Sexualising a minor in any way, including sexual comments, role-play, or imagery.
Sextortion: threatening or coercing a minor, or anyone, with intimate imagery.
Trafficking, or advertising or soliciting a minor for any sexual purpose.
Using PLURMate to arrange to meet a minor.
PLURMate is 18+ only
Every member must be 18 or older, as set out in our Terms of Service.
There is no under-18 version of the app. Members cannot post photos that include children,
even their own family. Anyone required to register as a sex offender, or convicted of an
offence against a child, may not use PLURMate.
How to report
In the app: open the member's profile or your conversation with them,
choose Report, and pick "They appear to be under 18" or the reason that fits best.
Reporting blocks that member immediately, and they are not told who reported them.
By email: write to
support@plurtix.com with "Child safety" in the
subject line.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
Child safety reports are reviewed ahead of every other report.
What we do
Remove the content and permanently ban the account on the first instance, with no warning
and no intermediate step.
Review the invite chain around the banned account, in both directions.
Report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing &
Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline, and cooperate with law enforcement
and the relevant child-safety authorities in other countries, as the law requires.
Preserve the relevant records for law enforcement as the law requires, rather than deleting
them with the account.
Child safety point of contact
PlurTix LLC has designated a point of contact for child safety matters, including questions
